Address information

If the address or e-mail address have changed after having done the registration for the Minimarathon, please let us know by e-mail so that the mail is delivered to the correct address in the future as well. If the runner has not announced his/her address and e-mail address, all the necessary information regarding the race cannot be sent to the runner.

Every runner having done the registration for the Minimarathon will receive an information packet with all the necessary information regarding the event. Also, a registration card is sent, which should be taken to the race office to pick up the race pack.

The address information can be used for direct marketing, unless the runner has denied it separately. The organisation may occasionally send information concerning the Helsinki City -running events or offers of the co-operating companies by e-mail. The runner can exit the e-mail marketing list by informing the office.

Age classes according to year of birth

There are different age classes for girls and boys:
5 years, 7 years, 11 years and 13 years.

The runners are put to their own age groups automatically according to the year of birth. Class is defined based on the runner's age on 31st December on the race year. Class is always "higher" than the age, for example, if the runner is 6 years old, he/she belongs to the age class of 7 years old, but a 5-year-old child runs in the age class of 5 years old. Check the age class table from the entrant info.

Registration

When doing the registration for the Chiquita Kids Minimarathon, it is important

to make sure all the information is correct and complete!

You can do the registration for the Minimarathon by completing the entry form.

When having done the registration, the runner is committed to follow the rules and regulations of the event.

Register by internet

Print out and fill in the Minimarathon entry form and mail (by post or by e-mail) or fax it to us. You can pay the entry fee with your credit card or with a regular bank transfer.

Fill in your credit card information to the entry form (please, remember also the CVV/CVC number!) or if you want to pay with bank transfer, please mention it in the entry form. Mention also the payment date in this case.
