The race office
During the event, the race office is located in Helsinki, near the Olympic Stadium. On Friday, the race office is located at the Töölö Sports Hall (Töölön Kisahalli, address Paavo Nurmen kuja 1, entrance from the Mäntymäki-street) from 12 to 8pm and on Saturday the race office will be transferred to the Eläintarha field (open from 8am to 10am) (start area). The runner should pick up his/her race packet (incl. running number) and T-shirt from the race office beforethe race. The race numbers must be picked up by Saturday 9 AM! T-shirt is picked up after the race packet from another desk. It cannot be picked up afterwards.
The race office is open:
Friday 17th August, 2012 at 12 -8 PM at Töölö Sports Hall
and Saturday 18th August, 2012 at 8 AM - 9 AM at Eläintarha sports field
Outside the event, you can contact the office by e-mail or by phone.
Address information
Remember to update your address information if you have moved or changed your e-mail address, so that you will ensure getting all the necessary information from us delievered to you. You can make the address change by e-mail or by phone. Please let us know the event you have registered for and also both the old and the new address and/or e-mail address.
Cancelling the participation before the race
All of the fees are non-refundable in every case. The runner does not need to inform the organisation about possible cancellations before the race.
Problems finding your name on the participants list?
In case you cannot find your name on the participants list, even though you have paid the entry fee, contact the office. Your registration information might not be complete, due to which your registration has not been accepted. After the Internet-registration, the runner must return to the site of the service provider to complete the payment. If the connection has been cancelled after the payment, the name of the runner will not automatically be transferred to the participants list.
